Volt is a high‑performance, water‑based cleaner and degreaser formulated without caustic or silicate ingredients. Despite its non‑caustic, non‑solvent composition, it rapidly dissolves heavy grease, traffic film, and burnt‑on carbon with minimal effort. Volt is a quick‑break detergent and has been tested for use on sensitive applications such as traction motor windings. The formulation uses a powerful blend of surfactants to penetrate soils and rinse cleanly without leaving residue. Volt is non‑toxic, non‑flammable, biodegradable, odourless, and fume‑free.

Application

Traction Motor Windings, Vehicle Parts, Aircraft, Trucks, Coaches

• For heavy‑duty cleaning, dilute 1:10 (Volt to water).
• Apply by spray.
• Allow 5–10 minutes dwell time on warm surfaces or 20 minutes on cold surfaces.
• Rinse with high‑pressure water or pressure washer.

Vehicle Washing / Shampoo

• Dilute 1:20 in warm water.
• Apply with brush or sponge in shaded areas.
• Rinse from the bottom up, then top down.

Benches, Floors, and Tiles

• Dilute up to 1:40 in warm water.
• Apply by brush, mop, swab, or spray.
• Allow 5–10 minutes dwell time.
• Rinse or wipe clean.
• Increase concentration and contact time for heavy soils.
