Verkleen is a peroxygen‑based surface disinfectant supplied as a pale pink powder that forms a clear pink solution when mixed with water. It is designed for rapid and effective disinfection of surfaces and equipment across a wide range of environments. The active ingredient, potassium peroxymonosulphate, disinfects by oxidising proteins and cellular components, disrupting enzyme systems and cell wall integrity. Verkleen contains a built‑in detergent system, allowing it to clean and sanitise in a single operation. Solutions remain stable for up to seven days, with colour acting as a visual indicator of solution viability. The product remains effective even in the presence of high organic soil loads.

Application

• Prepare by dissolving 10 g per litre of warm water and stirring until a clear pink solution forms.

Routine Surface Disinfection

• Dilution: 1:100 (10 g per 1 L water)
• Apply by spray or pressure washer at approximately 300 mL per m²
• Suitable for plastic, concrete, wood, earth, floors, and walls

Coverage Guide (1:100 dilution)

• 50 m²: 15 L solution (150 g powder)
• 100 m²: 30 L solution (300 g powder)
• 500 m²: 150 L solution (1.5 kg powder)
• 1000 m²: 300 L solution (3 kg powder)
