Product Description

PREPARE is a high‑strength apple wash formulated to remove mineral deposits, spray residues, and surface contaminants while preparing the apple’s natural wax layer to properly accept applied wax coatings. It is suitable for use in most apple‑processing and dump‑tank systems. The product is highly concentrated and designed to adjust and maintain dump‑tank pH for optimal washing performance.

Application

• Determine the correct volume of water in the dump tank before use.
• Add PREPARE at approximately 1 L per 100 L of water.
• Maintain dump‑tank pH between 2–3 for optimal results.
• To raise pH after treatment, adjust back to 6–8 using soda ash or agricultural lime.
• Do not add chlorine to any tank containing PREPARE, as chlorine is unstable in acidic conditions.

Water‑Volume Calculation:

• 1 m³ = 1,000 L
• Depth × Width × Length × 100 = litres of water
