Ka‑Fee is a fine white powdered detergent formulated specifically for cleaning modern espresso coffee machines. It contains mild alkaline salts and oxygenated detergents that safely and effectively clean group heads, filters, and other internal espresso components. It removes built‑up coffee oils that can burn, create bitterness, and negatively affect flavour. Ka‑Fee is economical in use, requiring only a teaspoon per backwash, and is gentle on machine parts while delivering powerful cleaning performance.

Application
Backflushing (Group Head Cleaning)
- Remove the group handle and insert a blind filter.
- Add one level teaspoon of Ka‑Fee into the handle.
- Attach handle and run cycle for 5 seconds, then turn off and wait 10 seconds.
- Repeat this sequence four times.
- Replace blind filter with regular filter and run a 20‑second rinse cycle.
Cleaning Individual Components
- Soak parts for 10 minutes in a solution of 1 teaspoon Ka‑Fee per 500 mL hot water.
- Rinse thoroughly after soaking.
Packed in 12 × 500 g jars or 4 × 2.5 kg tubs.
