Application

A fresh solution should be prepared daily in a 750 ml spray bottle. Discard any unused solution at the end of the day and rinse the container before refilling the next day.

Dilution:
Use Frontier at a 1:20 dilution (5%). For a 750 ml spray bottle, add 40 ml of product. Allow 60 seconds of contact time.

Method 1: Portion‑Control Bottle

  1. Add 700 ml of water to a 750 ml spray bottle.
  2. Using the squeeze‑measure bottle, fill the reservoir to the 40 ml mark.
  3. Pour the measured product into the spray bottle.

Method 2: Venturi Feed Dispenser

  1. Remove the trigger from the spray bottle.
  2. Place the empty bottle under the dispenser.
  3. Allow the dispenser to fill to the 750 ml mark with pre‑diluted product.
  4. Replace the trigger and use as normal.

General Use

  • Spray diluted product onto the surface, ensuring full coverage.
  • Wipe away excess with a clean cloth or disposable towel.
  • For no‑rinse sanitising, apply a second spray and allow 60 seconds of contact time before air‑drying.

Product Testing

Where required under a food safety plan, the diluted sanitiser can be tested using QAC test strips. Guidance is available from product representatives.
