Product Description

Friction (No Fragrance) is a heavy‑duty slip‑resistant floor cleaner for vinyl surfaces. It cleans and maintains floors while depositing microscopic slip‑reducing particles that increase the coefficient of friction, helping reduce slip‑and‑fall incidents, especially when the surface is wet.
It is suitable for all standard floor‑cleaning methods and is compatible with sealing systems such as Supa Seal, Armour, and Hi‑Tech 3342.
At full strength, the product has a pH of 9.0 for effective grease and soil removal; once diluted and applied, it returns to a neutral pH of 7.0, leaving no alkaline residues or slippery soap films.
The formulation is non‑hazardous, non‑flammable, biodegradable, and compliant with Australian, ISO, NZ, and ASTM standards.

Application

Mopping

1. Mix 14 mL per litre of warm water.
2. Apply with a clean mop.
3. Change solution and clean mop head regularly.
4. Dry‑mop to remove excess liquid.
5. Allow to dry; buff with a white pad (use red occasionally).

Automatic Scrubbing Machines

1. Mix 12 mL per litre of warm water in the machine’s solution tank.
2. Use the lightest pad and lowest pad pressure practical.
3. Ensure adequate solution flow to prevent streaking.
4. Spot‑clean areas with heavy build‑up if needed.
5. Allow to dry; buff with a white pad (use red occasionally).

Trigger Spraying / Spray Buffing

1. Mix 1 part Friction (No Fragrance) to 10 parts cold water.
2. Apply to a clean floor using standard spray procedures.
3. If buffing, allow the machine to dry and polish in one pass.
4. Avoid excessive solution or fast walking speed to prevent hazing.
