Friction Lavender

Product Description

Friction Lavender is a heavy‑duty slip‑resistant floor cleaner formulated for vinyl flooring. It cleans and maintains floors while depositing microscopic slip‑reducing particles that increase the coefficient of friction, helping reduce slip‑and‑fall risk—especially on wet surfaces. It is compatible with all standard cleaning methods.
At full strength it has a pH of 9.0 for strong grease and soil removal; once diluted and applied, the pH reverts to a neutral 7.0, leaving no alkaline residues that can attack the floor or create slippery soap films.
It is suitable for use with sealing systems such as Supa Seal, Armour, and Hi‑Tech 3342, and may be used on sealed and unsealed floors.

Application

Mopping

1. Mix 14 mL per litre of warm water.
2. Apply with a clean mop.
3. Change solution and clean mop head as needed.
4. Dry mop to remove residue.
5. Allow to dry; buff with a white pad (use red occasionally).

Automatic Scrubbing Machines

1. Mix 12 mL per litre of warm water in the solution tank.
2. Use the lightest pad and pressure possible.
3. Ensure sufficient solution flow to avoid streaking.
4. Spot‑clean heavily soiled areas if required.
5. Allow to dry and buff with a white pad (use red occasionally).

Trigger Spraying / Spray Buffing

1. Mix 1 part Friction Lavender to 10 parts cold water in a spray bottle.
2. Apply to a clean floor.
3. Buff in one pass; avoid over‑application or walking too fast to prevent hazing.
