Product Description
Fozfoam is an acidic foaming detergent–sanitiser concentrate designed for use with foam applicators. It is a water‑white liquid with a glycol‑ether odour and is formulated from food‑grade acids combined with high‑foam surfactants. It provides a one‑step cleaning and sanitising process, producing a stable, clinging foam for extended dwell time. Fozfoam removes protein scale and other deposits and is effective as a manual descaler or as a final sanitising rinse. At the recommended dilution, it achieves a 99.99% reduction of E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Listeria monocytogenes.

Application
General Cleaning
- Dilute 1:30 to 1:40 for hard‑water and protein scale removal.
- Use weaker dilution for lighter soils and stronger dilution for heavy deposits.
- Add Fozfoam to water at 30–50°C and mix well.
- Apply foam to surfaces and allow it to dwell until soils loosen.
- Scrub heavy deposits if needed.
- Rinse thoroughly with a strong water spray.
- Can be applied directly with venturi‑type foaming equipment.
- Use only in well‑ventilated areas.
Sanitising
- Dilute 1:200 for final acid sanitising of food‑contact surfaces.
- Apply by immersion, flooding, or spraying.
