Product Description

Fight‑Bac FP is a clear light purple/mauve mixed‑chain quaternary sanitiser designed specifically for food‑processing environments. It is a non‑rinse sanitiser at concentrations below 0.4% and is non‑tainting, non‑odorous, and colour‑coded for easy identification at point of use.
The formulation contains two synergistic antimicrobial quaternary compounds, a chelating agent to improve performance in hard water, and a mild detergent to assist with penetration and dispersion of soil on cleaned surfaces. It delivers fast and effective sanitation on clean, pre‑washed surfaces.

Application

Before applying Fight‑Bac FP, all equipment and surfaces must be cleaned using an appropriate Castle detergent and thoroughly rinsed.

Processing Equipment:

• Use at 0.15%–0.4%
• Minimum 1‑minute contact time

Floors & Walls:

• Use at 0.4%–0.8%
• Minimum 1‑minute contact time

Footbaths:

• Use at 1.0%–2.0%
• Replace when visibly soiled

Fogging:

• Use at 0.8%–1.0%
• Approx. 1 L fogs 50 m³

Below 0.4%, Fight‑Bac FP may be used as a no‑rinse sanitiser.
Above this concentration, the product should be applied and then rinsed as required by site procedure.
