Heavy Duty Wine Tank & General Cleaner
Description
Product Description
Fermabrite is a non‑caustic, free‑flowing powdered detergent formulated for cleaning winery tanks and associated processing equipment. It contains mild alkaline salts, low‑foaming surfactants, chelating agents, water conditioners, and corrosion inhibitors. The formula is designed to remove tartrate deposits, red‑wine staining, and protein residues while maintaining safe compatibility with stainless steel, glass, plastics, ceramics, aluminium, galvanised surfaces, and most painted surfaces when used as directed.
It dissolves quickly, produces low foam for efficient CIP drainage, and is effective at ambient or elevated temperatures. Fermabrite is free‑rinsing, non‑tainting, and leaves no streaks or odours. Wastewater contains no phosphates or chlorine, reducing environmental impact compared with traditional caustic systems.
