OVENSAFE is a highly concentrated, non caustic degreaser and cleaner specifically formulated for ovens, grills, and combi ovens. It quickly dissolves heavy grease and baked on food build up on ovens and hot plates.
OVENSAFE decarbonises and de-fats in one operation and is classified as a Quick Break Detergent, tested to break within the 20 minute parameter.
The powerful formula removes burnt on carbon and grease deposits from cast iron, steel, stainless steel, glass, enamel, and ceramic surfaces. OVENSAFE has been specially formulated to provide a safer alternative to conventional oven cleaners.

Application
Use OVENSAFE to effectively clean ovens, grill plates, fry pans, rotisseries, cook tops, and deep fryers.
Apply OVENSAFE neat to the surface of a cool oven and allow several minutes for penetration. Apply steam and heat to between 70°C and 90°C for approximately 10 minutes.
To brighten oven surfaces and remove water scale, apply a solution of dlime at a ratio of 50 mL per litre of water.
