Product Description

Degrease is an economical, fast‑acting degreasing solvent formulated to emulsify and disperse oil, grease, dirt, and grime from metallic, concrete, painted, and other surfaces. It is an amber‑coloured liquid with a mild odour and contains no acids or alkalis. The product is neutral, non‑toxic, non‑explosive, and safe to handle without special protective measures. With a flash point above 70 °C, it is classed as non‑flammable under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code. Degrease is highly concentrated and can be diluted with 5 to 10 parts distillate or kerosene depending on the level of soil.

Application

• Suitable for degreasing light and heavy machinery including engines and transmissions
• Used neat: spray on or immerse parts, leave for 1–15 minutes, then hose off with water
• Diluted use: mix 1 part Degrease with 5–10 parts distillate or kerosene; soak or agitate, then rinse with pressure water
• Effective for cleaning oil and grease spills on floors, boiler areas, and fuel‑fill points
• Ideal for machine‑shop maintenance; apply with brush or spray, allow 5–10 minutes dwell time, then rinse or wipe
• Available in 20 L and 205 L containers
