CHEMISONIC is a non corrosive ultrasonic tank cleaner formulated for the effective cleaning of ferrous engine and mechanical components. It is suitable for use in aviation, transport and automotive rebuilding operations where precision cleaning is required.
The product is biodegradable and has been classified as a quick break detergent, having been tested to separate oils and soils within a twenty minute parameter. This allows efficient removal of contaminants and assists with waste separation and disposal.
CHEMISONIC is designed for use on steel, cast iron and copper components. It must not be used on aluminium or other reactive metals, as contact may result in etching, corrosion or surface damage.
The formulation is an easy to use liquid that dilutes readily to form a stable solution. It will not sludge or salt out during use, ensuring consistent performance over the solution life.

Application
CHEMISONIC is designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning tanks.
Dilute at twenty to twenty five millilitres per litre of water.
Operate the ultrasonic tank at a temperature of eighty degrees Celsius for optimal cleaning performance.
Do not use on aluminium or other reactive metals.
