Alloy-Safe Spray Tank Powder
Description
Product Description:
Chemi Clean LF is a modern, environmentally conscious detergent powder. It is a technically advanced alkaline spray washing compound designed for cleaning both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Chemi Clean LF has been specifically formulated for the metalworking and automotive industries where spray cleaning is commonly used. It delivers excellent cleaning performance while also providing outstanding rinseability. This makes it particularly suitable for cleaning prior to phosphating, as it minimises alkaline carryover into phosphate baths.
The formulation contains no harsh free caustic, making it industrially safe for use on all metals, including aluminium and magnesium. It is low foaming and features a quick break characteristic, allowing oils and grease to separate efficiently in modern grease arresters.
Chemi Clean LF is a free-flowing, light-coloured powder containing additives to reduce dusting and caking. It is classified as a quick break detergent and has been tested to break within a ten-minute parameter.
