Aquashine Carnauba Extra Gloss is a carnauba boosted splattering gloss and conditioner wax. It is a concentrated liquid with a pleasant bubble gum fragrance, uniquely formulated with non-staining dye for use in both manual and automatic wash bays through splattering wax guns or pumping programs.
The product is suitable for both single-cycle and reclaim-type operations and is fully compatible with equipment used in self-service car wash facilities.
Aquashine Carnauba Extra Gloss is available in three vibrant colours, red, blue and yellow, designed to provide visual appeal and enhance the customer wash experience.
The formulation contains real carnauba wax to deliver a long-lasting shine and superior paint protection. It produces vibrant coloured foam to demonstrate full surface coverage and allows extended contact time for effective carnauba integration onto the paint surface.
The product performs well in both hard and soft water and rinses freely without leaving residue. It generates dense, lustrous splattering foam with high lubricity at economical dilution rates. The high lubricity reduces surface friction while maintaining excellent cling, ensuring even application and maximum gloss performance.
Aquashine Carnauba Extra Gloss is completely biodegradable and phosphate free, making it suitable for use in areas where effluent discharge may be restricted.

Application
Initial Charging of Reclaim Systems
Calculate the total water volume in the system and charge at a rate of approximately one litre per one thousand litres of water. Adjust the injector to deliver correct dilution under normal operating conditions.
Foam Gun Use in Self-Service Washes
Adjust proportioning equipment to achieve a final application rate of approximately thirty to sixty millilitres per vehicle.
