Wall Clean is a heavy-duty, readily biodegradable, acid-based cleaner formulated to remove detergent and wax scum build-up from car wash walls, equipment and windows. It is specifically designed to simplify the once difficult task of cleaning wash bay walls.

The fast-acting formula allows operators to simply spray on and pressure rinse off, delivering excellent cleaning results with minimal effort. Wall Clean is suitable for use on fibreglass, brick, block and painted wall surfaces. Clean wash bay walls improve site appearance and help attract and retain customers.

Application

Car wash walls become heavily soiled due to the combination of road grime, oils, detergents and hard water scale that is blasted from vehicles during washing. These contaminants dry onto wall surfaces over time, forming thick layers of hardened soap and mineral deposits. Wall Clean is specifically formulated to remove this build-up using an acid-based cleaning action.

Select a dry wall section approximately two point four metres wide. Using a pump-up sprayer filled with properly diluted Wall Clean, apply the solution starting at the bottom of the wall and working upward to prevent streaking.

Allow the product to dwell on the surface for ten to fifteen seconds only. Rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer or high-pressure rinse gun with a minimum pressure of one thousand psi. Hold the nozzle approximately fifty to seventy-five millimetres from the wall for maximum cleaning effectiveness.

For stubborn areas, reapply Wall Clean and agitate lightly with a stiff bristled brush, then rinse thoroughly.

Dilution

Dilution rates depend on cleaning frequency and the level of soil or scale build-up.

• Heavy build-up: one part product to four parts water

• Routine cleaning: one part product to eight parts water

Most car wash sites will achieve effective results within this dilution range.
