AGI SAFE is a low hazard concrete remover and cleaner formulated using advanced organic salt technology. It is specifically designed for cleaning concrete trucks, agitators and associated equipment where a safer alternative to traditional mineral acid products is required.
The formulation contains no strong mineral acids and is non fuming and non corrosive to skin and most metals when used as directed. To further enhance equipment protection, AGI SAFE incorporates a powerful corrosion inhibitor proven through laboratory testing to protect ferrous metals.
Recent corrosion testing demonstrates corrosion inhibition of up to ninety nine point eight percent, with measured metal weight loss approximately half that of comparable competitor products.
AGI SAFE is activated only upon contact with the calcium and magnesium minerals present in concrete and mortar, providing controlled and effective cleaning action while significantly reducing risk to users and equipment.

Application
AGI SAFE is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted prior to use.
Dilution Guidelines

Light to moderate build up: Ten to forty percent solution

Heavy or stubborn deposits: Maximum fifty percent solution, one part product to one part water
AGI SAFE may be diluted using an eductor style dispenser or mixed in a suitable plastic container or tank.
Cleaning Procedure
Apply AGI SAFE by brushing or wiping onto the surface to be cleaned or by immersing smaller components in a prepared solution. Allow a dwell time of two to five minutes, depending on the severity of concrete build up, dilution rate and temperature.
Rinse thoroughly with clean mains pressure water after treatment.
Cleaning time will vary depending on contamination level, solution strength and operating conditions.
