AGI FOAM is a low hazard, foaming concrete remover and cleaner formulated using advanced organic salt technology. It is specifically designed for the effective cleaning of concrete trucks, agitators and associated equipment where controlled foaming action is required.

The formulation contains no strong mineral acids and is non fuming and non corrosive to skin and most metals when used as directed. AGI FOAM provides a safer alternative to traditional hydrochloric and mineral acid cleaners while delivering effective removal of concrete spillage and mortar residues.

AGI FOAM is only activated upon contact with calcium and magnesium minerals found in concrete and mortar. This controlled reaction ensures efficient cleaning action while minimising risk to surrounding surfaces.

The inclusion of advanced wetting agents ensures rapid penetration, fast action and streak free finishing. AGI FOAM is also effective at removing road grime, light rust, oxides, oil and grease from vehicles and manufacturing plant surfaces.

At recommended in-use dilutions, AGI FOAM is harmless to most paints and finishes and leaves paintwork clean and free of oxide build-up.

Application

AGI FOAM is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted prior to use.

Dilution Rates

• General cleaning: One part product to two to four parts water

• Heavy concrete build-up: Maximum fifty percent solution, one part product to one part water

AGI FOAM may be diluted using an eductor style dispenser or mixed in a suitable plastic container. Apply through a compressed air foaming applicator for best results.

Cleaning Procedure

Foam AGI FOAM onto the surfaces to be cleaned and allow a dwell time of two to five minutes, depending on contamination severity, dilution rate and ambient temperature.

Agitate with a brush where required, then rinse thoroughly with clean mains pressure water.

Surface Compatibility

AGI FOAM is non corrosive to most metals when used as directed.

Do not use on zinc coated or galvanised metals, marble or natural stone surfaces.

Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to full application.
