AGI BLAST is a low hazard, ready to use acidic concrete remover and cleaner formulated using advanced organic salt technology. It is specifically designed for the safe and effective removal of concrete spillage from concrete trucks, agitators and associated equipment.

The formulation contains no strong mineral acids and is non fuming and non corrosive to skin and most metals when used as directed. AGI BLAST replaces traditional hydrochloric and other mineral acids, providing a significantly safer alternative for the removal of hardened concrete and mortar residues.

AGI BLAST is activated only upon contact with calcium and magnesium minerals found in concrete and mortar, delivering controlled and effective cleaning action. The inclusion of advanced wetting agents ensures rapid penetration, fast action and streak free finishing.

In addition to concrete removal, AGI BLAST is effective at removing road grime, light rust, oxides, oil and grease from vehicles and manufacturing plant surfaces.

Application

AGI BLAST is supplied ready to use, eliminating the need for staff to prepare working solutions.

Decant AGI BLAST into a suitable plastic container or tank and apply manually by brushing or wiping onto the surface to be cleaned. Smaller items may be immersed in a suitable container.

For vehicle and truck agitator cleaning, apply by brushing or wiping onto contaminated areas. Allow a dwell time of two to five minutes, depending on the severity of the concrete build up and ambient temperature.

Rinse thoroughly with clean mains pressure water after cleaning.

Surface Compatibility

AGI BLAST is safe for use on most metals and painted surfaces when used as directed.

Do not use on zinc coated or galvanised metals, marble or natural stone surfaces.

Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to full application.
