A-SONIC is a specialised, highly concentrated acid cleaner formulated for use in ultrasonic tanks and baths. It is designed for the effective removal of strong mineral residues such as lime and silicates, as well as rust, scale, metal oxides, grease and oil films.
The product is suitable for cleaning steel, stainless steel, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber components when used in ultrasonic cleaning systems. Its slightly viscous formulation provides excellent contact with contaminated surfaces while incorporating corrosion protection to help safeguard equipment.
A-SONIC contains phosphoric acid and delivers powerful cleaning performance while remaining stable during use. It does not lose strength when exposed to air and is miscible with water in all proportions.

Application
Dilute A-SONIC with clean water to a five percent solution.
Immerse components in the ultrasonic tank or bath and operate for two to ten minutes, depending on the level of contamination and equipment configuration.
After cleaning, remove items and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
