The business was founded by Des Barrack, whose vision and work ethic established the core values that continue to guide Castle today. His commitment to customer relationships, product performance and practical support remains at the heart of everything we do.

Today, Castle Chemicals continues under the leadership of the Barrack family, with Mark, Brad, Karen, Jen and Cathy carrying forward Des’s legacy. Together with a dedicated team, they continue to evolve the business while staying true to the principles it was built on—innovation, reliability and genuine customer care.
