BreakThru is a clear, pale straw-coloured liquid that appears slightly milky when diluted. It is a highly alkaline, water-based detergent formulated with blends of anionic surfactants for the rapid and safe removal of fats and greasy soils from floors, walls and equipment in food processing environments.

This product is classified as a quick break detergent and has been tested to break within a 60-minute parameter. It is specifically designed to penetrate, lift and dissolve heavy grease and soil deposits, delivering powerful cleaning performance without the need for excessive scrubbing. A hot water rinse completes the cleaning process quickly and efficiently.

BreakThru is suitable for use on commercial and institutional washable surfaces, providing fast and effective degreasing without abrasive particles that may scratch surfaces. It is particularly effective where heavy grease contamination is present.

Application:

General Cleaning and Dilution

• Manual floors and walls: Dilute 1:80 (12 grams per litre) in hot water. Mop or swab surfaces, then rinse.

• Equipment cleaning: Dilute 1:30 in hot water depending on grease levels. Soak equipment, scrub with a brush and rinse.

• Canopies and fans: Apply using a hand sprayer at a 1:20 dilution.

High Pressure Spraying

1. Cover or remove all food from the area before use.

2. Dilute 1:20 with hot water.

3. Spray surfaces until fully wet, ensuring the spray pressure reaches the surface effectively.

4. Rinse thoroughly with hot water.

Safety and Handling

• May cause skin irritation in concentrated form. Flush with water if contact occurs and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

• Avoid prolonged contact with undiluted product and avoid inhalation during spraying.

• Wear rubber gloves for manual cleaning.

• Keep out of reach of children and keep container sealed when not in use.

Suitable for use in food processing facilities, commercial kitchens, restaurants, supermarkets, transportation vehicles, shower rooms, locker rooms, municipal facilities and industrial floors. It effectively removes grease, oils, body fats, soap scum, road grime and heavy soil deposits from hard surfaces.
