ALKAFORCE is a high alkalinity, low foaming powdered detergent designed for the effective removal of heavy food soils from food processing and packaging equipment, as well as surrounding work areas.

Formulated to meet the demanding hygiene standards of the food manufacturing industry, ALKAFORCE utilises sodium hydroxide as its primary cleaning agent. This is supported by a blend of wetting agents, water softeners, chelating agents and anti redeposition additives to deliver rapid and thorough soil removal.

ALKAFORCE effectively attacks common food soils including sugars, fats, proteins and salts, either individually or in combination. The low foaming formulation allows for faster rinsing, improved equipment performance and reduced downtime.

As a one hundred percent active powder, ALKAFORCE delivers excellent economy in use and consistent cleaning performance across a wide range of applications.

Application

Before use, read the product label and Safety Data Sheet. Some individuals may be sensitive to product ingredients. Do not mix with chemicals not specified on the product label.

Do not use on aluminium or other soft metals.

Clean In Place, Soaking or Boil Out

Dilute ALKAFORCE at a ratio of one part product to forty to sixty four parts water. Circulate through the system for the required cleaning cycle. Rinse thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.

General Surface Cleaning

Dilute ALKAFORCE at a ratio of one part product to sixty four to two hundred and fifty six parts water. Apply to floors, walls and other washable surfaces. Agitate if required and rinse thoroughly with potable water.

When used as directed, ALKAFORCE complies with recognised food safety standards for cleaners that may have incidental contact with food.

The raw materials used in this product are permitted as processing aids under Food Standards Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code 1.3.3, or are classified as Generally Regarded as Safe by the United States Food and Drug Administration, or are recognised under Title 21 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations as indirect food additives.
