Product Description:

Green Pro Cipzyme is a low-impact, biodegradable and low-foaming Clean-in-Place cleaner designed for the food and beverage industry. It is formulated with a mild, non-caustic alkali and enzymes to deliver thorough cleaning, easy rinsing and minimal environmental impact.

With food safety as a top priority, this product provides a high standard of cleanliness by combining enzymes and low-foam surfactants to attack food soils, fats and protein-based residues. These ingredients break down and remove contamination quickly and efficiently from cleaning systems.

Its low-foaming formulation reduces rinsing time, prevents equipment blockages and minimises pump cavitation. Compared with harsh high-pH caustic cleaners, this non-caustic formulation is safer to handle and does not require wastewater neutralisation.

Application:

For best results, dilute between 0.5 and 1.5 percent, approximately 1 litre per 100 litres of cleaning solution, and use at a temperature between 50 and 60°C.

Do not exceed 60°C to protect the enzyme content. The product is suitable for use in spray and sprayball style Clean-in-Place systems, where foam control is maintained within the recommended temperature range.
