Product Description
Extract is a buff‑coloured, mildly alkaline powdered detergent formulated for cleaning carpets and upholstery using truck‑mounted or portable hot‑water extraction machines. It is designed to deliver strong cleaning performance while remaining safe for use on all common carpet fibres.
The formulation includes:
- Buffered pH control to maintain optimal cleaning strength without damaging fibres
- Synergistic detergent blend of non‑ionic and anionic surfactants plus a safe solvent for effective removal of oils, grease, and general soils
- Optical brighteners to enhance colour and fibre brightness
- Corrosion inhibitors to protect metal parts in equipment
- Antifoaming agents to minimise foam in recovery tanks
- Reodoriser to leave carpets smelling clean and fresh
- Quick solubility in both warm and cold water

Application
For Truck‑Mounted Units
- Dissolve 1 kg of Extract into 25 L of water to make a concentrated stock solution
- Adjust the machine’s solution meter based on the level of soiling
For Portable Hot‑Water Extraction Units
- Dissolve 75–100 g of Extract into 25 L of water
Extract dissolves readily in both cold and warm water.
