Cyclone is an acidic, low-foaming, phosphate-free sanitiser designed for use in the dairy and food industries. It effectively removes milkstone, dairy soils, and general calcium scale from stainless steel equipment, leaving surfaces clean, bright, and passivated.

Cyclone is formulated for low-foaming performance, making it suitable for clean-in-place applications. It is a clear, pale yellow liquid with a mild alcohol-like odour. The product is a carefully balanced blend of organic and inorganic acids combined with a super wetting system to deliver effective cleaning and sanitising performance.

Cyclone can be used as a terminal or tanker acid sanitiser and is suitable for single-step use. It does not contain chlorine-based compounds and is reclaimable.

Application:

Ensure plant and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed using an appropriate cleaning system prior to sanitising. Alkasil is recommended where applicable.

Use Cyclone at a concentration of 0.3 to 0.5 percent by volume. Apply by brush, swab, clean-in-place system, or spray application. Allow a minimum contact time of 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

Do not use on aluminium, iron, or galvanised surfaces.

Cyclone is a Class 8 corrosive product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of spillage, hose down with water and neutralise with soda ash.

When used in accordance with the directions in this technical bulletin, this product complies with recognised food safety standards.
