Wash N Wax is a combined cleaner and polish compound designed for the maintenance of sealed floors. It removes heavy, ingrained soil while simultaneously depositing a thin polyethylene film that can be buffed to restore gloss. The formulation cleans, repairs, and revitalises worn or heavily soiled floors, helping them regain the appearance of a freshly laid polish. Wash N Wax combines strong cleaning action with gloss enhancement, eliminating the need for separate cleaning and polishing products.

Application
Wash N Wax is suitable for all sealed surfaces except solvent‑based wax films, including vinyl asbestos, terrazzo, marble, linoleum, rubber, and properly sealed timber floors.
Mopping (Bucket and Mop)
- Light duty: 1:80 dilution (hot or cold water)
- Heavy duty: 1:30 dilution (hot or cold water)
- Mop with a lightly wrung mop to remove soil film.
- Allow to dry for a few minutes, then buff with a high‑speed machine if a mirror‑like gloss is required.
Automatic Scrubbers
- Light duty: 1:90 dilution
- Heavy duty: 1:50 dilution
- Scrub floors ensuring the squeegee recovers most solution.
- Allow to dry, then buff if required.
