It provides a strong natural gloss over prolonged storage and is suitable for both domestic and non‑EU export markets. The coating helps reduce pitting caused by low oxygen levels, minimises off‑flavours from anaerobic respiration, and reduces whitening compared to traditional high‑gloss waxes. It can also assist green fruit in colouring up depending on maturity and shipment duration.

Application
