Zip is a chlorinated, dual‑hydroxide CIP cleaner formulated for high‑intensity degreasing and protein removal in clean‑in‑place systems. It combines high alkalinity with sodium hypochlorite to deliver powerful cleaning action while remaining low‑foaming for efficient circulation. The formulation rapidly removes proteins, fats, oils, grease, and carbonised soils through saponification and bleaching action. Zip is designed for use in demanding food‑processing and industrial CIP applications and performs effectively in both hard and soft water.

Application

CIP Cleaning

• Dilute 1:33 to 1:20 (3–5% by volume), depending on soil level.
• Circulate through the CIP system during the normal cleaning cycle.
• Rinse thoroughly with hot, potable water after cleaning.

Important Use Notes

• Contains bleach; wear gloves and eye protection.
• Do not mix with acids, ammonia, or other cleaning products.
• Use only in well‑ventilated areas.
• Not suitable for aluminium or galvanised steel.
• Avoid contact with painted surfaces, wood, fabrics, carpets, and some plastics, as discolouration may occur.
