Shift‑Stone is a high‑activity nitric/phosphoric acid descaler formulated to maximise scale removal while minimising corrosion. It is designed primarily for the dairy industry to remove milkstone, whey residues, mineral scale, and hard‑water deposits. The product provides strong cleaning performance even at elevated temperatures and is suited to professional CIP programs.

Application

• Use after a suitable pre‑rinse and an alkaline clean.
• Dose at 0.15% to 0.6% v/v (1.5–6 mL per litre).
• Circulate for 10–30 minutes at temperatures between ambient and 75 °C.
• Adjust time, concentration, and temperature depending on soil type and system load.
• Rinse with potable water after use, then sanitise with an appropriate hard‑surface sanitiser.
