LAB 425 is a free‑flowing, non‑caustic alkaline detergent powder formulated for degreasing self‑cleaning combi ovens. It contains a balanced blend of low‑foaming cleansers, alkalis, and water‑softening agents, and dissolves readily in water. The product is designed to break down baked‑on grease and food residues during automatic cleaning cycles.

Application
Add 30 g of LAB 425 to the wash tank or base of the combi oven before initiating the self‑cleaning cycle.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of splashes, rinse affected areas with water.
If swallowed, give milk or water and seek medical attention immediately.
