Castle Green-Pro Deepclean is part of the advanced Green Pro range developed by Castle Chemicals. It is a concentrated, natural, bioenzymatic hard floor cleaner designed to provide powerful cleaning performance without the need for rinsing.

This innovative formulation combines naturally sourced surfactants with long-term bioenzymatic action. In addition, the inclusion of lipase enhances both surfactant and enzymatic performance, accelerating the breakdown of fats, oils, and organic soils.

Deepclean delivers a dual-phase cleaning process:

Phase One – Immediate Cleaning Action
Naturally sourced surfactants rapidly remove the majority of dirt, food oils, and surface contaminants from the floor.

Phase Two – Ongoing Bioenzymatic Action
Bacillus bacteria produce lipase, protease, and amylase enzymes that continue breaking down residual soils in hard-to-reach areas such as corners, grout lines, and crevices. This residual enzymatic activity supports ongoing cleaning between applications and allows for a no-rinse system.

Laboratory soil removal testing has demonstrated significant improvements in the removal of food and protein-based soils. In comparative testing against certain industrial degreasers, including Castle Chemicals Ninja, Green-Pro Deepclean achieved up to 15 percent greater removal of food and protein residues.

Shelf Life:

Deepclean has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture as shown on the product label.

Food Safety Compliance:

The raw materials and ingredients in this product are permitted as processing aids under Clause 12 of the Food Standards Code 1.3.3 (Food Standards Australia New Zealand), or are Generally Regarded As Safe according to the United States Food and Drug Administration, or are recognised under the United States Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 Part 178 as indirect food additives.

When used in accordance with the directions provided, this product complies with recognised food safety standards.

Application:

Green-Pro Deepclean is designed as a daily hard floor cleaner. As a bioenzymatic product, it requires an initial activation period to achieve optimal results.

Initial Use Period (First 2 to 3 Weeks)

• Dilute at a ratio of 1 part Deepclean to 10 parts warm water.

• Water temperature must be below 50 degrees Celsius. Do not use hot water.

• Mop the diluted solution evenly across the floor surface.

• Allow to dry naturally or dry mop excess liquid.

• No rinsing is required.

Ongoing Maintenance

Once the floor appears noticeably cleaner and less slippery:

• Increase dilution to between 1:32 and 1:50 with warm water.

• Adjust dilution depending on the severity of daily soil loading.

• Mop onto floor and allow to dry.

• No rinsing is required.

Important Note:

As a natural bioenzymatic cleaner, full performance benefits will not be visible after the first use. Multiple applications and time are required for the enzymatic action to fully develop and penetrate soil buildup.
