IHL Breakwash Extra is a powerful surfactant‑ and solvent‑based emulsifying detergent developed for commercial laundry applications requiring strong break‑wash performance. It is designed to remove fats, oils, and heavy greasy deposits from polyester‑cotton garments, table linen, shop towels, wipes, and overalls. Its synergistic blend of surfactants and water‑soluble solvents delivers deep penetration and effective soil release.

Application

Automatic Dosing

• Add through an auto‑feed dispensing system as part of the programmed wash formula.
• Dilution can be adjusted according to laundry needs (Castle representative can advise).

Manual Dosing

• Light soil: 2.5 mL per kg of wash load
• Heavy soil: 3.75 mL per kg of wash load
