Product Description:

COMBI-DET is a clear, odourless, alkaline liquid detergent. It is a carefully balanced blend of low-foaming cleansers, alkalis, and water-softening agents, and is readily miscible with water. It is designed to prevent the build-up of biofilm on the interior of sanitising equipment. By controlling biofilm build-up, bacterial contamination can be reduced.

COMBI-DET is a non-chlorinated product suitable for medical items and instruments, as well as for cleaning combi ovens. It is compatible with plastic, stainless steel, and other materials normally subjected to machine washing, except aluminium.

Application:

COMBI-DET is suitable for use in hospitals, convalescent homes, and health care facilities as a food service and pan wash detergent. It is specifically manufactured for use in disinfector washing machines and combi ovens and must not be used for manual washing.

It should be dispensed using an electronic or venturi detergent feeder to ensure accurate control of detergent usage and minimise operating costs.
