CHLORACLEAN is a non caustic, mildly alkaline powdered detergent formulated for use in commercial and industrial machine dishwashing applications. It is designed to rapidly penetrate and remove food soils from dishes, glassware and cutlery while maintaining low foam characteristics to ensure optimal machine performance.

The formulation is effective across a wide range of water hardness levels. Hard water minerals are controlled to prevent scale formation on dishes, glassware and internal machine components. By minimising scale and residue build up, CHLORACLEAN helps maintain machine cleanliness and ensures spray jets remain free flowing, allowing effective delivery of detergent solution to all surfaces.

CHLORACLEAN contains a balanced blend of wetting agents and emulsifiers that loosen and remove soils efficiently. Dispersants are included to keep removed soils in suspension, preventing redeposition onto cleaned items. Integrated water conditioning agents assist in preventing both scale build up and corrosion within the machine, contributing to consistently high washing standards.

Application:

Charge the dishwashing machine with CHLORACLEAN at a rate of one point five grams per litre of wash water.

For best results, maintain the wash solution at a minimum pH of eleven and a temperature between seventy degrees Celsius and eighty five degrees Celsius.

Regular machine cleaning and descaling are recommended to ensure optimal detergent performance and consistent washing results.
