CHLORABY is a broad spectrum chlorine releasing detergent bactericide designed to deliver heavy duty cleaning performance together with effective antimicrobial activity. It is active against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, as well as yeasts, when used in cold, tepid or hot water at recommended dilutions.

The formulation contains three percent available chlorine in concentrated form, supplied through an organic chlorine donor system. This allows more consistent antibacterial performance compared to traditional hypochlorite based products, particularly in the presence of organic contamination.

CHLORABY is specifically recommended for situations where inanimate surfaces must be rendered physically clean while reducing the presence of common bacterial organisms. The detergent system enables penetration of organic and inorganic soils, allowing the antibacterial components to contact and destroy microbial cells effectively.

The product utilises a carefully balanced, buffered formulation that maintains solution stability and pH throughout its working life, ensuring sustained cleaning and antibacterial performance beyond that of conventional detergents.

Application

Dissolve thirty grams of CHLORABY in five litres of warm water.
This delivers approximately one hundred and eighty parts per million of available chlorine.

Apply the prepared solution to the surface requiring cleaning and sanitising. Ensure thorough wetting and allow sufficient contact time for effective soil removal and antibacterial action.

CHLORABY rapidly wets surfaces, reduces surface tension, breaks down soils, emulsifies oils and greases, and holds loosened contaminants in suspension to prevent redeposition. Due to the effectiveness of the detergent and chelating system, rinsing with fresh water is generally unnecessary, however potable water rinsing may be used where required by site procedures.
