CRETE CLEAN is a caustic-based, free-flowing dry synthetic detergent complex formulated for the removal of a wide variety of difficult soils from concrete surfaces.
CRETE CLEAN effectively removes oil, grease, carbonised oil, carbon, sludge, fat, smut, soot, drawing oils, forming oils, spinning oils, and most paints except epoxy types. It chemically degrades certain soils and has a high pH that enables it to convert saponifiable materials. The product can peptise semi-carbonised grease and other lubricants and has strong suspending properties to prevent re-deposition of removed soils.
It provides excellent rinsing properties, leaving an essentially clean surface. CRETE CLEAN performs efficiently in both hard and soft water.

Application:
For cleaning concrete floors, dissolve 25 to 50 grams of CRETE CLEAN per litre of hot water. Slowly stir the powder into the water. Apply liberally to the surface and scrub using a yard broom or deck scrub. For exceptionally heavy soil build-up, use a scrubbing machine fitted with a wire bristle brush. Remove residue with a squeegee and rinse thoroughly with water.
In cases of heavy oil or grease penetration, stains may reappear after several days due to oils leaching to the surface by capillary action. If this occurs, repeat the cleaning procedure as required, possibly two additional times. Once thoroughly cleaned, routine maintenance with CRETE CLEAN at regular intervals will maintain cleanliness.
After deep cleaning, sealing the concrete surface with an appropriate concrete sealer is recommended to prevent future oil or grease penetration and to make routine cleaning easier and more cost effective.
Ensure container lids are tightly secured when not in use, as the powder may absorb moisture from the air. As the product contains caustic material, users must exercise caution during handling.
