COMBI-DUO is a light tan, clear, almost odourless, alkaline liquid detergent. It is a carefully balanced blend of low-foaming cleansers, alkalis, and water-softening agents that are fully soluble and readily miscible with water. COMBI-DUO also contains wetting surfactants and drying aids, providing synergistic performance as both a detergent and a rinse and drying aid. It is designed to deliver exceptional cleaning and drying performance in a cost-effective all-in-one product.

COMBI-DUO is a non-chlorinated detergent formulated for use in modern combi ovens and combination steamer ovens. It is compatible with plastic, stainless steel, and other materials normally subjected to machine washing, except aluminium.

Application:

COMBI-DUO is suitable for use in most self-cleaning combi ovens found in restaurants, hospitals, and health care facilities. It is specifically manufactured for use in UNOX-style combi ovens and steamers and must not be used for manual washing.

The product should be dispensed through the oven’s automatic dosing detergent feeder to ensure accurate control of detergent usage and minimise operating costs.
