Product Description
Mortar Blast is a non‑acid concrete remover and cleaner formulated without strong mineral acids, making it non‑fuming and non‑corrosive to skin. Using an organic salt system and enhanced with chelating agents, it provides strong concrete‑removal performance and improved efficiency. It is suitable for removing concrete splashes from trucks, chutes, mixers, formwork, and brickwork. With added wetting agents, it also removes road grime, light rust, oxides, oils, and grease. Mortar Blast is safe on most paints and finishes and is non‑corrosive to most metals except galvanised/zinc‑coated surfaces and marble/stone finishes.

Application
- Use neat or dilute up to 7:1 with water, depending on soil level.
- For immersion cleaning, fill tank with diluted product, submerge items, and allow contact time based on deposit severity and temperature.
- For vehicles and trucks, apply as a thick foam using a foaming dispenser or apply by brush/wiper.
- Allow to dwell for 1–5 minutes, then rinse with mains‑pressure water.
- Foaming application is preferred for safety and extended contact time.
- Wear gloves and eye protection during use.
