AGI GEL is a unique self gelling concrete remover formulated using non acid organic salt technology. It delivers the cleaning performance of a strong acid while remaining non corrosive to skin and most metals when used as directed.

Classified as non hazardous under the criteria of Worksafe Australia, AGI GEL provides a significantly safer alternative to traditional hydrochloric and mineral acid based concrete removers. The formulation contains powerful corrosion inhibitors that protect base metals while allowing efficient removal of concrete and cement based residues.

AGI GEL only becomes active when it comes into contact with concrete or cement residues, unlike conventional acids that release all of their activity immediately. This controlled reaction improves safety, efficiency and surface compatibility.

The gel formulation clings to vertical and overhead surfaces, providing excellent contact time and improved cleaning performance on concrete agitators, pumps, level screeders and other equipment commonly found in the pre mix concrete industry.

Application

AGI GEL is best used neat.

Apply the undiluted product directly to the target surface using a soft broom or brush that has been soaked in AGI GEL. The gel formulation will cling to the surface, including vertical areas, allowing excellent contact time.

Allow the product to dwell for several minutes to react with the concrete or cement residue. Do not allow the surface to dry before rinsing.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water after treatment.

Surface Compatibility

AGI GEL is safe for use on most metals and painted surfaces when used as directed.

Do not use on zinc coated or galvanised metals, marble or natural stone surfaces.

Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to full application.
