Product Description:
A superior high foaming, high active liquid detergent concentrate. Formulated for use in brush-type rollover and tunnel car wash facilities. Suitable for single cycle or reclaim type operations and compatible with equipment used in self service car washes. A unique surfactant system allows maximum effective solution life and helps reduce the natural tendency for solution to emit unpleasant odours after prolonged service life in reclaim operations. A specialized high lubricity and viscosity system ensures even dosing and use in all pump operations in all climate and use conditions. The lubricity system aids pump priming and helps maximize pump efficiencies and use life.
Product Benefits:

Application:
Normal Operating Conditions
Use at a dilution of approx. 3-5 litres for 4,000 litres of water or approx. 0.8 to 1.2 mls of product per litre of water in the system. Adjust concentration to maintain adequate foam and brush lubrication. For Reclaim Systems feed product concentrate continuously via injector system. Use level depends on such factors as season of the year, number of cars being washed, degree and type of soil and water quality.
Initial Charging of Reclaim Systems
Calculate volume capacity of water in system; charge at the rate of approx. 1 litre per 1,000 litres. Adjust injector to deliver dilutions for normal operating conditions.
Foam Brush in Self Service Washes
Adjust proportioning equipment to achieve a final use dilution of 1:500.
