Touch Free Low pH Plus is a premium concentrated pre-soak detergent developed using advanced detergent technology for touch free vehicle wash programs.

It is a low pH formulation designed for use in a professional two-step acid and alkaline pre-soak system. When used in combination with Touch Free High pH Plus, it improves rinsing efficiency and assists in the removal of stubborn soils from vehicle surfaces.

Applied through professional two-step touch free equipment, Touch Free Low pH Plus generates a fast-acting foam that works synergistically with the alkaline stage to soften and lift contaminants. It rapidly removes road film and heavy soils while safely dissolving mineral build-up such as calcium deposits caused by hard water.

The formulation brightens and cleans glass, paintwork and chrome, effectively cleans wheels, and produces a rich foam that allows soils to rinse freely from the vehicle. The product is biodegradable and suitable for use on all exterior vehicle surfaces when used as directed.

Application

Touch Free Low pH Plus is automatically foamed onto all exterior vehicle surfaces during the first acid pre-soak pass of a two-step touch free wash program.

Allow the solution to dwell on the vehicle for approximately thirty seconds to penetrate soils. Apply Touch Free High pH Plus directly over the pre-soak. The combined foam layer highlights surface coverage and detergent activity.

Allow the mixed solution to dwell for a further thirty seconds before initiating the touch free high-pressure rinse to remove loosened soils and remaining detergent.

For best results, a second pass of Touch Free High pH Plus may be applied after rinsing, with a dwell time of thirty seconds followed by thorough rinsing.

Commercial Use

Touch Free Low pH Plus is typically dispensed at a dilution rate between one part product to seventy parts water and one part product to one hundred and fifty parts water. Target application rates are approximately fifteen to thirty millilitres per vehicle, depending on soil levels and application time.

For optimal performance, dilution changes should be verified using a Castle titration test kit. Reduce dwell time in extreme hot conditions to prevent evaporation of the solution.
