S4 Foaming Brush Wash is a high-foaming, concentrated liquid detergent with a pleasant bubble gum fragrance. It is specifically formulated for use in manual wash bays through foam brush heads and is suitable for both single-cycle and reclaim-type operations. The product is fully compatible with equipment used in self-service car wash facilities.
A specialised surfactant system delivers extended solution life and reduces the natural tendency for reclaim solutions to develop unpleasant odours over prolonged service periods. The formulation is completely biodegradable and phosphate free, making it ideal for use in areas where effluent discharge may be restricted.
S4 Foaming Brush Wash effectively removes road film and heavy soiling. It performs well in both hard and soft water and rinses freely without leaving residue. The product generates dense, lustrous foam with high lubricity at very economical dilution rates. This high lubricity reduces surface friction while maintaining excellent cling, helping to protect vehicle surfaces and extend brush life. It is safe for use on all vehicle finishes.

Application
Initial Charging of Reclaim Systems
Calculate the total water volume in the system and charge at a rate of approximately one litre per one thousand litres of water. Adjust the injector to deliver correct dilution under normal operating conditions.
Foam Brush Use in Self-Service Washes
Adjust proportioning equipment to achieve a final dilution of up to one part product to three hundred parts water.
