ANTI FOAM is a high-performance silicone emulsion antifoam developed exclusively for car wash and vehicle wash applications. It provides rapid foam knockdown and effective ongoing foam control in open water, reclaim and recirculating systems commonly used in automatic, tunnel and self-service car wash operations.
The advanced silicone polymer formulation controls excessive foam without impacting wash performance, water clarity or equipment operation.

Application:
Automatic, Tunnel & Self-Service Car Wash Systems
ANTI FOAM may be added directly into water or reclaim systems prior to the foam formation point.
- Initial trial rate: 20–30 mL per 1,000 litres of water
- Reduce dosage once effective foam control is achieved
- Continuous or intermittent dosing may be used depending on foam severity
Wash or Wax Solutions
- Typical addition rate: 2.5 mL per litre
