Product Description
Propel is a fully biodegradable, non‑hydrocarbon asphalt and concrete release agent formulated from naturally derived vegetable‑based feedstocks. It is a clear golden liquid designed to provide consistent release performance while minimising sticking, uneven release, and material build‑up on trucks, equipment, and mould surfaces. The product spreads as a micro‑film over treated surfaces, offering excellent operator safety and reduced environmental impact. Propel is non‑hazardous and suitable for use across a wide range of asphalt and concrete applications.

Application
- Use undiluted or dilute up to 1:3 with water, depending on release requirements.
- Allow the water component to evaporate so the release film remains on the surface.
- Apply using an airless sprayer, brush, or mop.
- Spraying: approx. 15 m² per litre
- Brush/mop: approx. 25 m² per litre
- Avoid excessive application; remove surplus with a mop or dry cloth.
- Store below 40°C in original sealed containers.
- Use basic protective measures to avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes.
