LAB 782 is a liquid boiler‑water treatment formulated from tannins, polymers, and alkalis. It provides a convenient single‑component program for scale and corrosion control in package boilers. The blend delivers balanced alkalinity, oxygen scavenging, and corrosion inhibition, helping reduce priming, foaming, and blowdown requirements while protecting boiler internals from scale formation and corrosive attack.

Application
- Dose proportionately into the hot well at 4 L per 1,000 L of make‑up water.
- Monitor alkalinity using standard tablet testing.
- Adjust dosage to maintain 300–500 ppm alkalinity.
- Tannin index should stabilise between 10–15 when correctly dosed.
Handling:
Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear gloves and goggles. Rinse splashes immediately with plenty of cold water. Dispose of rinses in accordance with local effluent regulations.
